1、洳≥：j-唼碩士學位論文⑧提交日期2006．5摘要土地適宜性評價作為土地規(guī)劃與管理的基礎(chǔ)，一直以來倍受關(guān)注。但長期以來的土地適宜性評價研究都局限于農(nóng)用地，對建設(shè)用地適宜性評價的研究較少。本研究針對城市化進程中建設(shè)用地盲目擴張現(xiàn)象，從建設(shè)用地規(guī)劃和管理的角度入手，重點研究建設(shè)用地適宜性評價的理論方法。論文第一部分對建設(shè)用地適宜性評價的理論基礎(chǔ)進行了探討，包括建設(shè)用地適宜性評價相關(guān)概念的界定和理論研究。第二部分對我國城市建設(shè)用地的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)和可持續(xù)利用的運行機制進行了深入探討，在此基礎(chǔ)上對建設(shè)用地適宜性評價的特點、模型
2、和程序進行了研究。第三部分針對建設(shè)用地指標體系的建立展開了討論，主要包括指標的設(shè)置、篩選和標準化處理。第四部分對評價因子的權(quán)重確定方法進行了研究。第五部分以上述理論為基礎(chǔ)進行了實證研究，以金華市區(qū)為例，在GIS軟件的操作平臺上，充分考慮建設(shè)用地的工程地質(zhì)要求和社會、經(jīng)濟、自然、生態(tài)等條件，利用定性、定量相結(jié)合的方式，構(gòu)建建設(shè)用地適宜性評價因素因子體系，采用Gl法確定因素因子權(quán)重，對金華市區(qū)的建設(shè)用地適宜性作出綜合評價，并從可持續(xù)利用的角度出發(fā)，對金華市區(qū)建設(shè)用地的規(guī)劃和管理提出針對性的建議。關(guān)鍵詞：建設(shè)用地適宜性
