1、南京航空航天大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要提高隱身涂層與飛行器基體的結(jié)合性能是改善其服役壽命的重要措施,也是研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。本項(xiàng)工作選擇TC4鈦合金為研究對(duì)象,采用陽(yáng)極氧化與微弧氧化在其表面獲得TiO2多孔膜,以期望提高鈦合金基體與環(huán)氧涂層(含F(xiàn)e吸波劑)的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度。本試驗(yàn)中陽(yáng)極氧化以硫酸為電解液,微弧氧化主要以Na2SiO3為電解液,鈦合金(TC4)為陽(yáng)極,采用了恒壓和恒流兩種氧化方式。用FESEM觀察了多孔膜的微觀形貌并用XRD對(duì)覆在鈦基體上的氧化膜進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)分析,系統(tǒng)地研究了氧化工藝參數(shù)(如電壓、電流、氧化時(shí)間和電解液濃度)對(duì)TiO2多孔膜形貌、晶型、厚度和
2、表面粗糙度的影響。結(jié)果表明:陽(yáng)極氧化獲得的TiO2多孔膜的孔徑分布在100~200nm;80V和150V分別是恒壓陽(yáng)極氧化過(guò)程中銳鈦相和金紅石相的晶型轉(zhuǎn)變電壓。微弧氧化獲得的多孔膜孔徑在0.1μm~10μm,膜厚分布在10~50μm,電流對(duì)晶型的轉(zhuǎn)變有主導(dǎo)作用。此外還測(cè)試了鈦合金基體與涂層的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度,分析了其影響因素。結(jié)果表明:陽(yáng)極氧化中,隨電壓的升高,涂層的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度先增大后減小,隨時(shí)間無(wú)明顯變化,在100V,10min達(dá)到最佳值9.97MPa。微弧氧化中,涂層的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度隨電流以及時(shí)間的增大都是先增大后減小,在3A,4min時(shí)達(dá)到最佳值33.62MPa。

6、essofTiO2porousfilmwereinvestigated.Itwasindicatedthattheapertureofporousfilmpreparedbyanodicoxidationinsulphuricaciddistributedfrom100nm~200nm.TheanataseTiO2filmwasobtainedattheoxidationvoltageof80V,whiletherutileTiO2wasgainedat150V.Theporousfilmpreparedbymicro-arcoxidation,howe
