1、碩士論文樹脂吸附法處理含苯胺廢水的研究摘要采用大孔樹脂吸附法對廢水中苯胺的去除進(jìn)行了研究。靜態(tài)篩選實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,JXl01大孔吸附樹脂對苯胺的吸附性能優(yōu)于NKA.II和xAD_4大孔吸附樹脂,吸附性能大小次序依次為:JXl01>NKA—II>XAD.4,因此選用JXl01大孔吸附樹脂作為吸附劑。在系統(tǒng)的研究了模擬苯胺廢水的濃度、pH值、溫度和流速等因素對JXl01大孔吸附樹脂動態(tài)吸附~脫附性能影響的基礎(chǔ)上,對苯胺工業(yè)廢水的處理進(jìn)行了研究,得到最佳操作條件為:廢水COD為8000mg·Lo~8500rag-L~,pH值為7.0~9.0;吸附溫度為室溫
2、,吸附流速為4BV·h-1,批處理體積為26BV:脫附劑選用2BV3mol·L~HCI+3BVH20,脫附溫度為50℃~60℃,脫附流速為1BV·h‘’~1.5BV·h~。在確定的優(yōu)選操作條件下,COD去除率>99%,COD脫附率>99%,經(jīng)處理后出水COD<200mg,L~,達(dá)到了GB8978.1996二級排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。穩(wěn)定性實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,JXl01大孔吸附樹脂去除廢水中的苯胺吸附性能穩(wěn)定,效果良好,樹脂的重復(fù)使用性能良好。關(guān)鍵詞:廢水處理,吸附,大孔吸附樹脂,苯胺堡主絲苧塑!!墮墮蔓竺堡魚苧墮墮查塑墮塞——一——AbstractThetreatme
