1、摘要隨著火電廠粉塵排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)日益嚴(yán)格,電除塵器越來越難以滿足排放要求。提高電除塵器除塵效率的方法之一是采用煙氣調(diào)質(zhì)技術(shù)。本文分析了氨煙氣調(diào)質(zhì)技術(shù)的機(jī)理、工藝流程及在國外燃煤電廠的工程應(yīng)用。在一定情況下,氨煙氣調(diào)質(zhì)技術(shù)能顯著提高電除塵器效率,是改善電除塵器除塵性能的經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的方法之一。本文結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)分析氨對粉塵性質(zhì)的影響,在煤粉中加尿素制得的粉塵與不加尿素直接制得的粉塵相比,粉塵粒度增大了,粘附性增強(qiáng)了,有利于電除塵器收塵。關(guān)鍵詞:電除塵器,除塵效率,煙氣調(diào)質(zhì)技術(shù),氨煙氣調(diào)質(zhì)技術(shù)ABSTRACTTheemissionstandardofparticlesinpowerp
