2、nition，planmodel，planalgorithmandmaliciousagent．Thebackgroundofthisresearchworkistwodigitalcityexperiments：DigitalCityKyotoandDigitalCityShanghai．DigitalCityKyotoprojectwasstartedinOct1998byPro￡TomtshidainKyotoUniversityandNTTOpenLab。DigitalCityShanghaiprojectwasi
3、nitiatedinJune2000byProfShengHuanyeinShanghaiJiaotongUniversity．ThisresearchissupportedbytheShortTermPromotionScholarship(AIEJ)．Thisthesispresentsthecontributionsasfollows：jneresultsofstudyingusers’behaviorsintheinteractiveplanningprocessFirstly．a(chǎn)nexperimentismade
