1、摘要由于滲透率低、含泥質(zhì)和微粒礦物較多、孔喉半徑小,大港油田重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)能區(qū)塊油氣層損害嚴(yán)重,在保護(hù)油層方面雖然取得了一定成果,但對(duì)低滲透油田完井的油層傷害問(wèn)題還未形成統(tǒng)一的認(rèn)識(shí)和成熟有效的保護(hù)油層體系。本論文針對(duì)其儲(chǔ)層具有低滲、高礦化度、膠質(zhì)瀝青和粘土含量較高的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行完井油氣層保護(hù)基礎(chǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn)以及應(yīng)用研究具有重要意義。本論文以研究區(qū)塊的儲(chǔ)層特征為經(jīng)線貫穿始終,以完井油層保護(hù)理論研究為緯線來(lái)組織內(nèi)容使各章既能獨(dú)立成篇,又是統(tǒng)一的有機(jī)結(jié)合體,對(duì)提高低滲透油田開發(fā)效果和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益具有研究?jī)r(jià)值,對(duì)同類油田的高效開發(fā)提供一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。通過(guò)對(duì)大港油田研
2、究區(qū)塊的資料及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研,測(cè)定了研究區(qū)塊的儲(chǔ)層特征、流體物性、巖石力學(xué)等參數(shù),進(jìn)行敏感性評(píng)價(jià)及油層損害機(jī)理研究,擬定出完井油層保護(hù)研究方案,通過(guò)室內(nèi)評(píng)價(jià)完善了油層保護(hù)配套措施?;趶?qiáng)抑制劑NTW-1研制的基礎(chǔ)上篩選和研發(fā)無(wú)固相射孔液體系SKY-1和SKY-2,性能評(píng)價(jià)表明滲透率恢復(fù)率大于90%。在保護(hù)油氣層的射孑L完井技術(shù)理論分析基礎(chǔ)上,計(jì)算了相應(yīng)區(qū)塊的合理射孔負(fù)壓差,根據(jù)各區(qū)塊的敏感性和出砂程度不同研究了強(qiáng)化射孔工藝技術(shù),進(jìn)行了割縫襯管完井、礫石充填防砂完井等相關(guān)工藝研究,建立了利用測(cè)井資料進(jìn)行油氣層出砂情況預(yù)測(cè)從而優(yōu)化完井方式,研究結(jié)
