2、-,-,、感應(yīng)加熱電源以其節(jié)能、高效、無(wú)污染等優(yōu)點(diǎn)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文以感應(yīng)加熱電源為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)感應(yīng)加熱電源常用的諧振槽路和拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析,選擇了更適合高頻感應(yīng)加熱電源的串聯(lián)型逆變器;并分析了感應(yīng)加熱電源的各種調(diào)功方式,在對(duì)比幾種功率調(diào)節(jié)方式的基礎(chǔ)上,得出了整流側(cè)調(diào)功有利于高頻感應(yīng)加熱電源頻率和功率提高的結(jié)論,選擇了不控整流加斬波器的功率調(diào)節(jié)方式。感應(yīng)加熱電源的頻率跟蹤電路大都采用基于CD4046的模擬鎖相環(huán),但傳統(tǒng)模擬鎖相環(huán)存在著頻率跟蹤范圍較窄、動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)較慢、可靠性差,死區(qū)時(shí)間需要用輔助電路實(shí)現(xiàn)等一些缺點(diǎn)。本文對(duì)鎖相環(huán)原理進(jìn)行了分析,根據(jù)
3、其數(shù)學(xué)模型,針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)鎖相環(huán)的缺點(diǎn)提出了一種基于數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器(DSP)的軟件鎖}N環(huán)(SPLL)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。文中對(duì)這種軟件鎖相環(huán)(SPLL)的算法及軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。本文同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)了感應(yīng)加熱電源的功率閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),將功率控制問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化為Buck斬波器的電壓控制問(wèn)題。根據(jù)感應(yīng)加熱電源功率控制的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了基于模糊PI控制的功率閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),并詳細(xì)闡述了其基于DSP的軟硬件實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一臺(tái)10kW的基于DSP的高頻感應(yīng)加熱電源實(shí)驗(yàn)樣機(jī),其中斬波器頻率為20kHz,逆變器工作頻率為100kHz,控制核心采用TI公司的TMS320LF2407ADSP
