1、.摘要相比于其他具有傳統(tǒng)偏振模式的光束,徑向偏振光擁有更為優(yōu)秀的軸向中心對(duì)稱性(這種特征在傳輸過程中保持不變)。人們投向徑向偏振光的關(guān)注越來越多。徑向偏振光在高數(shù)值孔徑條件下的聚焦特性在納微級(jí)制造、操控中得到很多且正變得越來越多的應(yīng)用。在這篇論文中,我們首先試圖理清徑向偏振光的數(shù)學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ),仔細(xì)地闡述徑向偏振光的光束特性和緊聚焦特性,并展示一些徑向偏振光在緊聚焦條件下的示意圖。接著,我們介紹了利用兩束偏振正交的線性偏正高斯光束產(chǎn)生徑向偏振光的方法;總結(jié)了理想的徑向偏振光與通過二元衍射光學(xué)器件產(chǎn)生的徑向偏振光間的吻合度,以及該吻合度與
