1、碩士論文太湖沉積物磷形態(tài)的空間分布研究摘要隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,太湖富營養(yǎng)問題日益突出,沉積物磷的內(nèi)源釋放是維持湖泊富營養(yǎng)化水平的一個重要因素。評價太湖的污染狀況;研究沉積物中磷的內(nèi)源負荷、磷賦予形態(tài)以及潛在釋放能力等方面,對揭示湖泊富營養(yǎng)化具有重要的意義。本文應用淡水沉積物中磷形態(tài)的標準測定程序(SMT),研究了太湖營養(yǎng)水平不同的竺山湖、梅梁灣、東太湖、西部沿岸和湖心區(qū)5個湖區(qū)沉積物中磷形態(tài)分布及其垂向變化特征。并對不同磷形態(tài)與內(nèi)源磷釋放的關系進行探討。評價結果發(fā)現(xiàn),沉積物總磷的含量與其水體營養(yǎng)水平相一致;
2、太湖營養(yǎng)水平不同的5個湖區(qū)中,梅梁灣、竺山湖和西部沿岸處于中度富營養(yǎng)化,東太湖和湖心區(qū)處于輕度富營養(yǎng)化。研究結果表明,沉積物TP的變化范圍為:300.93~1018.48mg/kg。TP主要由NaOH.P、OP和HCl.P組成,口由NaOH.P和HCl一P組成。沉積物中TP與各形態(tài)磷相關關系較好,TP以口占絕對組分,而IP與NaOH.P呈顯著正相關。各湖區(qū)中沉積物的磷形態(tài)表現(xiàn)為空間差異較大,活性組分的差異要大于活性較差的組分??傮w來說,中度富營養(yǎng)化湖區(qū)沉積物中NaOH.P和OP的含量高于輕度富營養(yǎng)化湖區(qū)。N
