1、中圖分類號:TE88單位代碼:11414學號:2014214121題目基于未確知測度的城市燃氣管道風險評價研究學科專業(yè)安全科學與工程研究方向安全監(jiān)測與智能診斷工程碩士生賈志明指導教師梁偉教授二○一七年五月摘要摘要隨著燃氣普及率的日益提升,城市燃氣管道化進程不斷加快,燃氣輸送管道化在方便人民生活的同時,也存在一定風險。對城市燃氣管道開展風險評價研究,分析失效原因,確定管道風險水平,進而制定相應(yīng)的防控措施,對保證燃氣管道安全運行意義重大。本文首先充分調(diào)研了我國城市燃氣管道失效事故數(shù)據(jù),確定了導致管道失效的主要原因以及主要事故類型。其次,詳細辨識城市燃
2、氣管道系統(tǒng)中存在的風險因素,建立了評價指標體系,用以全面系統(tǒng)地評價研究管道風險狀況。再次,結(jié)合未確知測度理論和層次分析法,建立了城市燃氣管道風險評價模型,該模型充分利用評價對象的實際測量數(shù)據(jù),同時將定性指標量化處理,降低了主觀因素影響。最后,利用建立的風險評價模型,對國內(nèi)某城市街區(qū)鋼制燃氣管道進行實例研究,得到了各個管段的風險等級,實現(xiàn)了不同管段的風險排序,驗證了未確知測度管道風險評價模型的有效性和可行性。關(guān)鍵詞:城市燃氣管道;事故樹分析;未確知測度;風險評價-II-ABSTRACTResearchonRiskAssessmentofUrbanG

5、s.Secondly,throughdetailedanalysistheriskfactorsofurbangaspipeline,thisthesisestablishesevaluationindexsystem,whichisforassessingandresearchingthepipelinerisksituationcomprehensivelyandsystematically.What’smore,thisthesisestablishesariskassessmentmodelforurbangaspipelinebycom
6、biningunascertainedmeasuretheorywithAHP.Themodelmakesfulluseoftheactualmeasureddataandquantifiesthequalitativeindex,whicharebenefittoreducetheinfluenceofsubjectivefactors.Finally,accordingtotheriskassessmentmodel,thisthesisresearchessomesteelgaspipelineinacityblock,determines
