2、系統(tǒng)、稀釋平板法、PCR-DGGE等分析技術(shù),研究低磷脅迫對番茄根系生長、根際土壤生物學(xué)特性以及細(xì)菌多樣性的影響。結(jié)果表明:低磷脅迫導(dǎo)致番茄根系總根長、總根表面積、總根體積和根尖數(shù)減少;導(dǎo)致根際土壤中可培養(yǎng)微生物(細(xì)菌、真菌和放線菌)數(shù)量、酶活性、微生物生物量(C、N、P)以及細(xì)菌的多樣性指數(shù)(H)、豐富度(S)和均勻度指數(shù)(Eh)等表征土壤肥力及健康狀態(tài)的指標(biāo)下降;導(dǎo)致部分諸如甲基桿菌屬(Methylobacteriumsp.)等具有溶磷功能的菌群缺失;平衡施肥對番茄的正常生長和提升土壤肥力以及維護土壤健
