1、摘要西岸風景10號是一棟六層的住宅樓，高度：20.458m。建筑面積為3520.2m2。建筑基底面積為600m2。建筑結(jié)構(gòu)為框架結(jié)構(gòu)。本工程從2014年8月15日開工，工期為280d，總報價為5056258.11元。本設(shè)計主要是投標文件。投標文件則分為三部分：商務(wù)標包括投標書，投標銀行保函，承諾書，授權(quán)委托書組成。技術(shù)標的制作是根據(jù)現(xiàn)行有關(guān)規(guī)范、標準，采取有效的質(zhì)量、進度、安全、文明施工等保證措施，在滿足規(guī)定工期的基礎(chǔ)上，提出工期化的方案，并與規(guī)定工期對比，進行技術(shù)經(jīng)濟分析。經(jīng)濟標的完成是使用廣聯(lián)達軟件參照建筑圖紙和結(jié)構(gòu)圖紙，首先用鋼筋算量算出鋼筋量，然后
