2、tion,andSOOn。Thefluoridenanomaterialsweresynthesizedbythesovlethermalmethod.Thephase,stuctureandmorphologywereanalysisedbyX—raydiffraction,,scansionelectronmicroscopy(SEM),transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM):.TheXRDpatternswereindexedt.oapureYF3o/thorhombicphaseandapureLaF3hexagonalphase.TEMandS
3、EMimagesshowedthemorphologyofYF3:Yb3+/Er”,LaF3:Yb3+/Tm3+andYF3-Yb3+/Tm3+,whichwerenanoclusters,nanosheetsnanoparticles,microtubes,microrods.TheabilityofagentCTABcontrollingtheparticlemorphologyandsizewerediscussed.TheupconversionspectrumwasmeasuredbyHitachiF一4600spectrophotometer,under978nmdiode
4、laserexcitation.Strongerblue(4Fs/z一.4115/2and2P3/2_4111/2)andgreen(4S3/2,2Hll,2_4115/2)upconversionemissionsofYb3+/Er3+codopedYF3rod—likenanoclusterswereobserved.Thenanoparticlesandnanosheetspresentstrongultravioletandblueupconversionluminescence.Thereweresixemissionbandsintheupconversionemissio
5、nspectraofYF3:Yb3+廠ro+,whichpeakat291nm,345nm,361nm,450nm,475nmand65lnm。Andtheywerecorrespondedtothe116_3H6,116_’F4,1D2_3I-16ofTin”cations.Therelationshipbetweenupconversionrelativeintensityandpumppowerwasalsostudied.Groundstateabsorption,excitationstateabsorptionandenergytransferwereusedindiscu
