2、效應(yīng)小麥根系分泌物分別顯著提高了黃瓜幼苗株高和莖粗;在處理第18天,化感促進(jìn)和抑制效應(yīng)小麥根系分泌物均顯著提高了黃瓜幼苗株高;在處理第6天,不同化感效應(yīng)小麥根系分泌物均顯著降低了黃瓜幼苗根際土壤真菌群落條帶數(shù)、Shannon指數(shù)及均勻度指數(shù),有苗對(duì)照(W)顯著高于無(wú)苗對(duì)照(Wn);在處理第18天,各處理的真菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)條帶數(shù)、Shannon指數(shù)及均勻度指數(shù)均顯著高于無(wú)苗對(duì)照(Wn).伴生化感抑制效應(yīng)小麥顯著降低了黃瓜根際土壤真菌群落Shannon指數(shù)和均勻度指數(shù),說(shuō)明小麥根系分泌物及伴生小麥改變了土壤真菌群落結(jié)構(gòu).DGGE圖譜及其主成分分析
