2、了相應(yīng)對策。首先,優(yōu)化了取心鉆頭,將切削齒由原來的3~5個改為1O個,采用Z3型金剛石復(fù)合片與硬質(zhì)合金連接方式,設(shè)計了低沖蝕PIN;鉆頭水眼結(jié)構(gòu)。然后,改進了取心工具,增加了隱式籃式巖心爪和引心套、內(nèi)筒扶正器、堵心指示器、防堵心裝置,換用內(nèi)壁光滑的鋁合金內(nèi)筒。最后,對鉆壓、轉(zhuǎn)速、排量等取心技術(shù)參數(shù)進行了優(yōu)化。遼河油田91:2井的現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用表明,機械鉆速從0.55m/h提高至2.79rn/h,巖心收獲率從51.13提高至89.97。研究結(jié)果表明,遼河油田古潛山儲層鉆井取心技術(shù)能有效提高機械鉆速、巖心收獲率和取心質(zhì)量,降低井下安全風(fēng)險,可推廣應(yīng)用于堅硬破碎地層的取心作業(yè)中。關(guān)鍵詞:古潛山儲集層取心
