2、DE的文獻(xiàn)，對(duì)其中符合條件的文獻(xiàn)分別就患兒性別、年齡、服藥劑量、用藥原因、ADR/ADE發(fā)生時(shí)間及臨床表現(xiàn)、轉(zhuǎn)歸情況等信息進(jìn)行整理和分析。結(jié)果：共檢索到符合條件的文獻(xiàn)106篇，涉及病例1988例，主要為兒童中毒病例（99.70％）；≤6歲的患兒占83.30％；治療急慢性腹瀉劑量使用不當(dāng)和誤服為致ADR/ADE的主要原因；患兒多在0.5～24h內(nèi)出現(xiàn)癥狀；ADR/ADE主要累及中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)和呼吸系統(tǒng)；有39例患兒死亡，3例患兒留有嚴(yán)重后遺癥，其余患兒經(jīng)治療后均好轉(zhuǎn)或痊愈；該藥的使用可能有明顯的城鄉(xiāng)差別。結(jié)論：復(fù)方地芬諾酯片致ADR/ADE與多方面
