2、地層機(jī)械鉆速,在該區(qū)塊試驗應(yīng)用了旋沖鉆井技術(shù)。針對新疆塔河工區(qū)深部地層巖性特點(diǎn)和鉆頭選型情況,優(yōu)選出旋沖鉆井匹配鉆頭,優(yōu)化并確定出射流沖擊器結(jié)構(gòu)性能參數(shù)。使用改進(jìn)后射流沖擊器首先在塔河工區(qū)sl16.3井中配合PDc鉆頭在超深井段進(jìn)行探索性應(yīng)用,驗證射流沖擊器+PDC鉆頭的可行性,應(yīng)用井深達(dá)6086m。隨之,在TP324井進(jìn)行了長井段現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用,實現(xiàn)了液動射流沖擊器與PDC鉆頭配合實質(zhì)性應(yīng)用。S116.3井應(yīng)用井段:5998.41~6086m,TP324井應(yīng)用井段為6151.65~6912m,總進(jìn)尺847.94m,總純鉆時間314.02,機(jī)械鉆速同比提高32%~45%。Sl16—3、TP3
