1、哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要本文應(yīng)用多剛體系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)理論,利用虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)軟件ADAMS建立雙橫臂獨(dú)立懸架實(shí)體模型,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真分析。其中重點(diǎn)對(duì)懸架結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸與整車性能之間的關(guān)系和影響車輛側(cè)傾特性的影響因素進(jìn)行分析研究。首先討論了虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)進(jìn)行仿真分析的基本方法和步驟,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了汽車前懸架實(shí)體仿真模型。根據(jù)所建模型對(duì)影響整車性能的前輪定位參數(shù)進(jìn)行了仿真分析,得出了車輪跳動(dòng)量與影響整車性能的各定位參數(shù)之間的規(guī)律。在所建實(shí)體模型的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)軟件ADAMS調(diào)整懸架上下橫臂的尺寸及空間位置的布局,分析研究在調(diào)整懸架結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的同時(shí)前輪
2、定位參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律,進(jìn)而總結(jié)出懸架結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)整車性能的影響規(guī)律。討論了懸架側(cè)傾特性與整車性能之間的關(guān)系,并對(duì)所建懸架模型的側(cè)傾特性參數(shù)進(jìn)行了仿真分析,評(píng)價(jià)了懸架對(duì)整車側(cè)傾特性的影響。應(yīng)用虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)仿真分析懸架結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸與整車性能之間的關(guān)系,可以大大簡(jiǎn)化懸架系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)過程,大幅度縮短產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期,減少產(chǎn)品開發(fā)費(fèi)用和成本,明顯提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及系統(tǒng)性能,獲得最優(yōu)化和創(chuàng)新的設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品。關(guān)鍵詞獨(dú)立懸架;結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù):虛擬樣機(jī);ADAMS哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文AbstractThisdissertationappliesonmethodofmulti-bodydyna
