1、摘要可調(diào)諧全光波長轉(zhuǎn)換器是構(gòu)成智能化光通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的關(guān)鍵光電子器件。要最終實現(xiàn)可調(diào)諧全光波長轉(zhuǎn)換器在光網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的應(yīng)用,進行可調(diào)諧全光波長轉(zhuǎn)換器的模塊化研究,實現(xiàn)對波長轉(zhuǎn)換器的波長調(diào)諧的監(jiān)測和控制具有重要的意義。本文在國家高技術(shù)研究發(fā)展計劃(863-2002AA312160)和武漢市青年晨光計劃(2003500201602)的資助下,完成了基于單端半導(dǎo)體光放大器(SOA)的可調(diào)諧全光波長轉(zhuǎn)換器模塊化設(shè)計和制作,主要研究內(nèi)容和成果包括以下幾個方面:(1)綜述了可調(diào)諧全光波長轉(zhuǎn)換器的實現(xiàn)方案,重點分析了基于SOA交叉增益調(diào)制的可調(diào)諧全光波長轉(zhuǎn)換器的工作機理,提出了基于單端SOA的可調(diào)諧全光波
2、長轉(zhuǎn)換器模塊化設(shè)計的總體方案。(2)詳細介紹了超結(jié)構(gòu)光柵分布布拉格激光器的構(gòu)成,研究了其波長調(diào)諧原理,并對其波長調(diào)諧過程進行了數(shù)值模擬。(3)在比較各種電路特性的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計并制作了SOA的精密溫控、恒流驅(qū)動電路和可調(diào)諧激光器的外圍電路,制作的電路表現(xiàn)出很好的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。(4)在Matlab編程環(huán)境下完成了可調(diào)諧激光器控制軟件的設(shè)計,通過串口實現(xiàn)了PC機對可調(diào)諧激光器工作參數(shù)的監(jiān)測和控制。軟件有著良好的用戶界面,運行穩(wěn)定,通信正常。(5)對制作出的可調(diào)諧波長轉(zhuǎn)換模塊進行了性能測試。在10Gb/s可調(diào)諧波長轉(zhuǎn)換實驗中,轉(zhuǎn)換輸出在1528-1563nm范圍內(nèi)可調(diào),在適當(dāng)條件下,可
