1、石油機械一10一CHINAPETR0IJEUMMACHINERY2013年第4l卷第12期●鉆井技術(shù)與裝備導(dǎo)向渦輪鉆具在元壩陸相定向井鉆井中的應(yīng)用術(shù)彭敬國胡大梁羅飛(1.中石化勝利石油工程有限公司西南分公司2.中石化西南油氣分公司工程技術(shù)研究院3.深圳市百勤石油技術(shù)有限公司)摘要:元壩氣田須家河組氣藏埋藏深,研磨性強,地層硬度高,軟硬交錯變化大,采用常規(guī)鉆井機械鉆速低。為此,優(yōu)選了元壩陸相直井段提速工具和技術(shù)方案,采用導(dǎo)向渦輪鉆具配合孕鑲金剛石鉆頭在定向井中鉆進,針對斜井段機械鉆速低的問題,優(yōu)選合適井段開展了導(dǎo)向渦輪定向鉆井試驗。實鉆效果表明,應(yīng)用導(dǎo)向渦輪配合孕鑲金剛石鉆頭能夠克服

7、lwell;ar—tesjanformaton石抗壓強度平均158MPa,可鉆性7級以上,內(nèi)摩0引言擦角平均40。,研磨性5~6級,屬極硬、高研磨性地層¨。由于地層不穩(wěn)定,井壁易發(fā)生掉塊、元壩氣田自流井和須家河組地層含砂礫巖成分垮塌現(xiàn)象,且局部存在高壓氣層,導(dǎo)致氣體鉆井無以石英為主,研磨性強,地層硬度高,軟硬交錯變法實施,采用常規(guī)鉆井機械鉆速低。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,自流化大,憋、跳鉆嚴重。根據(jù)巖石力學(xué)試驗結(jié)果,巖井和須家河組地層厚度約990m,僅占總井深的基金項目:國家科技重大專
