3、螺旋布孔射孔套管采用不同的射孔孔徑、射孔密度和射孔相位給套管強(qiáng)度造成的影響進(jìn)行了模擬和分析分析了不同孔徑、孔密及相位角的射孔套管在外擠壓力作用下的孔眼應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,射孔后套管的極限承載能力均有不同程度的下降,下降幅度與射孔密度有關(guān)。射孔后套管內(nèi)的應(yīng)力隨射孔孔徑、射孔密度和射孔相位的增加而增大,并使套管的抗拉、抗壓強(qiáng)度降低因此,在套管柱設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)該考慮射孔的影響。最后,通過(guò)對(duì)幾種布孔方案進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。找出了射孔套管的優(yōu)選布孔方案..為射孔完井優(yōu)選設(shè)計(jì)提供了合理的模型,為射孔段套管柱的合理設(shè)計(jì)提供
