1、中北大學(xué)2014屆畢業(yè)論文膨脹石墨對丁腈橡膠性能的影響摘要:膨脹石墨是一種層狀材料,具有優(yōu)異的導(dǎo)電性和導(dǎo)熱性。本文采用機(jī)械共混的工藝方法制備了膨脹石墨/丁腈橡膠復(fù)合材料,考察了膨脹石墨對丁睛橡膠導(dǎo)電性能和力學(xué)性能的影響。在不加膨脹石墨的情況下,采用直接共混的方法制備高耐磨炭黑/丁腈橡膠硫化膠,實驗表明,當(dāng)加入20份高耐磨炭黑時,丁腈橡膠具有優(yōu)異的綜合力學(xué)性能,其最大拉伸強(qiáng)度為12.85MPa,邵爾A氏硬度為60.4度。采用直接共混的方法制備膨脹石墨/高耐磨炭黑/丁腈橡膠復(fù)合材料,并與炭黑/丁腈橡膠復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行比較研究了材料的力學(xué)性能與導(dǎo)電性能。結(jié)果表明添加膨脹石墨
2、后可大大的提高炭黑/丁腈橡膠復(fù)合材料的導(dǎo)電性能和力學(xué)性能,研究表明,填加10份膨脹石墨時,納米復(fù)合材料的拉伸強(qiáng)度最大,為13.7MPa,是不含膨脹石墨的復(fù)合材料的l.54倍。導(dǎo)電性能研究顯示,填加l0份膨脹石墨時,納米復(fù)合材料的表面電導(dǎo)率和體積電導(dǎo)率分別為1.1×10-9S/cm和1.2×10-9S/cm。當(dāng)不含膨脹石墨時,丁腈橡膠復(fù)合材料基本不表現(xiàn)出導(dǎo)電性能。關(guān)鍵詞:丁腈橡膠,膨脹石墨,導(dǎo)電性能中北大學(xué)2014屆畢業(yè)論文TheInfluenceofExpandingGraphiteonthePropertiesofNBRAbstract:Graphiteisal
