1、精于準(zhǔn)備,善于操控高二英語(yǔ)組馬麗君在今年的質(zhì)量月活動(dòng)中,我講了選修六Unit2PoemReading部分AfewsimpleformsofEnglishpoems的第一課.根據(jù)新的課改精神,翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂,把課堂還給學(xué)生,本節(jié)課我先導(dǎo)入課堂,主要是讓學(xué)生展示上節(jié)課小組討論產(chǎn)生的結(jié)果,幫助其他組的同學(xué)解決他們提出的問(wèn)題,需要的時(shí)候我再進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和幫助,實(shí)現(xiàn)課堂的教學(xué)目標(biāo)。同學(xué)們認(rèn)為這堂課還是比較成功的,基本解決了他們提出的問(wèn)題。同事們聽(tīng)了之后也覺(jué)得有許多值得學(xué)習(xí)和可以借鑒的地方。但是,經(jīng)過(guò)聽(tīng)取大家的意見(jiàn),我覺(jué)得這節(jié)課還是有一些方面是需要改進(jìn)的。教學(xué)課題:選修
