1、1烴基黃藥捕收劑的生物降解性評(píng)價(jià)陳紹華,龔文琪,梅光軍,陳曉東,鄢恒珍(武漢理工大學(xué)資源與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院,湖北武漢430070)摘要:借鑒表面活性劑等有機(jī)污染物的生物降解性評(píng)價(jià)體系,采用BOD5/CODCr法、靜置燒瓶試驗(yàn)法和OECD-301B(ISO9439)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)烴基黃藥的生物降解性進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),考察了分子結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)生物降解度的影響。研究表明:乙基、正丁基、正戊基、異丙基、異丁基黃藥的BOD5/CODCr值均小于0.25,第28d生物降解度分別為39.54%、36.88%、34.09%、29.17%、26.79%,生
2、物降解指數(shù)分別為101.0200、99.0199、88.7175、79.1256、71.8975,上述幾種黃藥對(duì)微生物的抑制時(shí)間分別為12、13、15、17、18d。三種評(píng)價(jià)方法得出結(jié)論是一致的,即上述幾種黃藥基本上是難生物降解的,其生物降解性順序?yàn)?乙基黃藥>正丁基黃藥>正戊基黃藥>異丙基黃藥>異丁基黃藥。相對(duì)碳鏈長(zhǎng)度來(lái)說(shuō),分支度對(duì)黃藥的生物降解性的影響更為顯著。最后初步探討了烴基黃藥的生物降解機(jī)理,結(jié)果表明CS2、ROCSSH和單硫代碳酸鹽是黃藥生物降解的主要產(chǎn)物,同時(shí)有少量油狀液滴雙黃藥生成。關(guān)鍵詞:烴基黃
