2、載鉑電催化劑,并用BET,XRD,TE和循環(huán)伏安法對催化劑進行了表征,用質(zhì)子交換膜燃料電池單電池對催化劑性能進行了評價.結(jié)果表明,鉑晶粒主要吸附在碳黑的表面和大孔中.當催化劑的鉑載量由20%提高到40%時,由于鉑顆粒占據(jù)部分碳黑表面,使催化劑的孔體積和比表面積都有所減小;當鉑載量進一步提高到60%時,由于鉑晶體顆粒形成的微孔開始占一定分率,使催化劑的總體積和比表面積的減小幅度下降.鉑晶體顆粒大小在2"4nm范圍內(nèi);隨著鉑載量的提高,表面鉑有部分聚結(jié),鉑晶體的粒徑增大,催化劑的電化學比表面積減小.鉑載量為40%時,燃料電池
