1、第45卷第3期機(jī)械工程學(xué)報(bào)Vol.45No.32009年3月JOURNALOFMECHANICALENGINEERINGMar.2009DOI:10.3901/JME.2009.03.234串珠繩鋸切花崗石過程中鋸切參數(shù)*對(duì)鋸切力和能耗的影響黃國欽黃輝郭樺徐西鵬(華僑大學(xué)石材加工研究重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室泉州362021)摘要:在建立串珠繩鋸切弧區(qū)內(nèi)單顆磨粒平均切削深度與鋸切參數(shù)間理論關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,采用單因素和正交法進(jìn)行鋸切參數(shù)對(duì)鋸切力和鋸切能耗影響的試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明,單顆磨粒平均切削深度與鋸切長度無關(guān),但隨進(jìn)給率的增大或線速度的減小而增大。進(jìn)給率對(duì)鋸切力和功率的影響比線速度和鋸切長度都要明顯。
2、鋸切過程中材料去除方式存在體積破碎,適當(dāng)增大磨粒切削深度有利于提高體積破碎比例從而降低鋸切比能;但增大磨粒切削深度直接縮小了介于工具—工件接觸面間的動(dòng)態(tài)容屑空間從而加劇巖屑摩阻效應(yīng),長弧區(qū)排屑困難對(duì)鋸切力和能耗影響明顯。正確選擇鋸切工藝參數(shù)尤其是進(jìn)給率,對(duì)鋸切力和能耗的控制及動(dòng)態(tài)容屑空間的平衡至關(guān)重要。關(guān)鍵詞:串珠繩鋸鋸切力鋸切功率比能磨粒切削深度中圖分類號(hào):TG506TG74InfluencesofSawingParametersonForcesandEnergyinWireSawingofGraniteHUANGGuoqinHUANGHuiGUOHuaXUXipeng(KeyRes
