1、含油砂處理技術(shù)1.概述油田生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的大量含油砂亟待處理，由于砂子上粘附的原油能直接滲透地層，不但對(duì)周邊環(huán)境造成嚴(yán)重污染，同時(shí)造成大量的原油流失。該設(shè)備為集裝箱結(jié)構(gòu)，主要由提砂平臺(tái)、油砂清洗撬塊、脫水裝置、輸砂機(jī)等組成。2.技術(shù)特點(diǎn)移動(dòng)式含油砂處理成套設(shè)備采用多級(jí)旋流、水力噴射、混合攪拌、藥劑脫油等技術(shù)，與含油砂提升、分離、清洗、濃縮、脫水、輸送工藝有機(jī)結(jié)合。設(shè)備工藝先進(jìn)、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作簡(jiǎn)單、運(yùn)輸、安裝方便、處理效率高、自動(dòng)化程度高。3.現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用效果洗后砂含油量低于3000mg/kg，含水20%左右。該處理設(shè)備處
