2、壓失穩(wěn)為前提,提出以系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化為目標(biāo)的玻璃鋼-鋼混合抽油桿柱設(shè)計(jì)方法。采用新方法快速確定最佳桿柱比例,給出了混合桿柱設(shè)計(jì)方法及步驟;根據(jù)油田區(qū)塊的特點(diǎn),應(yīng)用等級(jí)參數(shù)加權(quán)法確定評(píng)估系數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)抽油系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì);根據(jù)模型進(jìn)行編程,并對(duì)油田實(shí)際生產(chǎn)井進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)方案能夠滿足生產(chǎn)實(shí)際要求,具有下泵深度增加、產(chǎn)量增加、懸點(diǎn)載荷減小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞:玻璃鋼抽油桿;最佳比例;優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號(hào):TE933.202文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:AOptimizedDesignoftheCompoundFiberglass-SteelRodString1,WUXiao-

5、izedrodproportionwasraisedandthemethodandstepsforthesystemoptimizationdesignofthecompoundfiberglass-steelrodstringwereintroducedintheestablishedmodelfordesigningthefiberglass-steelsuckerrodstring.Thegoalofthesystemwasestimatedbyusinggradeparameterweightingmethod.Andth
