1、農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)報2009,28(4):803-807JournalofAgro-EnvironmentScience北京官廳水庫有機氯農(nóng)藥分布特征及健康風(fēng)險評價萬譯文,康天放,周忠亮,張雁(北京工業(yè)大學(xué)環(huán)境與能源工程學(xué)院,北京100124)摘要:為了研究北京官廳水庫中有機氯農(nóng)藥(OCPs)對人體產(chǎn)生的潛在健康危害風(fēng)險,從位于官廳水庫、洋河和媯水河的9個采樣點采集了水樣和沉積物樣品,采用氣相色譜法對其中的有機氯農(nóng)藥殘留狀況進行了測定。結(jié)果表明,水樣中,17種有機氯化合物的總濃度范圍為10.06~87.37ng·L-1,其中六六六(HCHs
2、,即:α-HCH、β-HCH、γ-HCH和δ-HCH)和滴滴涕(DDTs,即:o,p′-DDT、p,p′-DDT、p,p′-DDE和p,p′-DDD)的含量范圍分別為3.93~38.94ng·L-1和3.71~16.03ng·L-1,官廳水庫及其支流水體受到有機氯農(nóng)藥輕度污染,其周邊地區(qū)農(nóng)田排放水是水庫中農(nóng)藥的重要來源。沉積物中有機氯農(nóng)藥總含量范圍為8.48~24.40ng·g-1,其中HCHs和DDTs的含量高于其他OCPs的含量,其含量范圍分別為1.11~7.73ng·g-1和2.97~10.52ng·g-1,沉積物中六六六異構(gòu)體和
