1、論文題目:含鋯焦綠石介電體的制備與性能分析專業(yè):材料科學(xué)與工程作者:呂友紅簽名____指導(dǎo)老師:杜慧玲簽名____摘要本文采用傳統(tǒng)的電子陶瓷制備方法——固相反應(yīng)法制備系列樣品,研究隨著二價(jià)Sr2+取代量的增加,所制的(Bi1.5Zn0.5-xSrx)(Zr1.5Nb0.5)O7(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5)的介電材料的相組成、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、燒結(jié)特性、介電特性,進(jìn)一步分析隨著Sr2+取代量的變化,焦綠石陶瓷的相結(jié)構(gòu)及介電性能的變化規(guī)律。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,四個(gè)樣品均形成了焦綠石單相結(jié)構(gòu),隨著Sr2+取代量的增加,樣品的晶胞參
