3、20November2014,and15December2014/Accepted:16December2014ABSTRACTBasedonthetrafficsituation,vesseltypeandatmosphericcondition,aninlandwaterwaytrafficnoisepredictionmodelwasdevelopedforenvironmentalassessmentinChina.ThismodelwasdevelopedfromtheGermanyRichtlinienfürdenL?rmschutzanStra?en(RLS90)m
4、odelbyaddingthewatersurfacecondition,absorptionandgradientalongvesseltraveldirectioncorrectiontermstothegoverningequations.There-describedparameters,includingtrafficflowandcomposition,vesselspeed,airabsorption,andwatersurface,groundandatmosphericconditions,etc.,werechosenasinputsintothecalcul
5、atingequations.Theverificationresultsshowedthattheabsoluteerrorbetweenthepredictedandmeasurednoiselevelswithintherangeof±1.4dBAwas82.9%.Themeandifferencebetweenthepredictedandmeasurednoiselevelswas0.02±1.25dBA.ThecomparisonresultswiththeRLS90modelandthemodifiedFederalHighwayAdministration(FHW
