1、第23卷第6期鋼鐵研究學(xué)報Vo1.23,No.62011年6月JournalofIronandSteelResearchJune2O11火法冶煉紅土鎳礦技術(shù)分析龐建明,郭培民,趙沛(鋼鐵研究總院先進鋼鐵流程及材料國家重點實驗室,北京100081)摘要:火法冶煉紅土鎳礦工藝為當前從紅土鎳礦中提鎳的主要流程。分析了主要的火法冶煉紅土鎳礦工藝的技術(shù)特點?;鸱ㄒ睙捈t土鎳礦工藝具有工藝成熟、流程短、效率高等優(yōu)點,但同時也存在能耗較高、熔煉過程渣量過多、有粉塵污染等不足。中國自主開發(fā)了高爐冶煉紅土礦生產(chǎn)鎳鐵合金新技術(shù),并在實踐中進一步得到發(fā)展,高爐冶煉紅土礦生產(chǎn)鎳鐵合金工藝還應(yīng)
2、從大型化、節(jié)能、環(huán)保、長壽等領(lǐng)域進一步發(fā)展。當前對火法冶煉紅土鎳礦工藝的研究勢在必行,需要在完善還原熔煉工藝方面進行深入的研究,通過研究新方法、新工藝解決火法冶煉工藝中能耗高、各種有價值金屬綜合回收的難題,實現(xiàn)紅土鎳礦火法冶煉工藝的低能耗、低排放和鎳工業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞:紅土鎳礦;鎳;火法工藝;鎳鐵文獻標志碼:A文章編號:1001-0963(2011)06-0001一O4AnalysisonPyrometallurgyTechnologiesofLaterite-NickelOrePANGJian—ming,GUOPei—min,ZHAOPei(TheState
