1、橋梁建設(shè)2009年增刊2文章編號:1003—4722(2009)S2一Ol1O—O4鋼箱梁拼裝及橋位焊接的監(jiān)理穆金祿(中鐵大橋局集團橋科院有限公司,湖北武漢430034)摘要:為使鋼箱梁橋位焊接后能符合設(shè)計給定的線形,從預(yù)拼裝階段開始,控制各項工序的質(zhì)量。鋼箱梁的制造和預(yù)拼裝可分為長線法和短線法。懸索橋的鋼箱梁吊裝時,鋼箱梁的空間位置由主纜線形和吊索長度確定,鋼箱梁吊裝后其線形已經(jīng)確定,不可能在吊裝過程中或吊裝后再行調(diào)整;而斜拉橋則在鋼箱梁吊裝時,通過施工監(jiān)控逐個調(diào)整吊裝梁段的索力、遠點的標高和里程實現(xiàn)設(shè)計給定的線形。介紹斜拉橋鋼箱梁吊裝過程中吊裝梁段的調(diào)整方法、合龍段
