2、,四川綿陽621010;3四川省非金屬礦粉體改性與高值化利用技術工程實驗室,四川綿陽621010;4.天津華北地質(zhì)勘查局,天津300170)摘要:采用重選-浮選聯(lián)合工藝對云南某硫化鉛尾礦中的微細粒級錫石進行回收研究。該礦泥化嚴重,首先采用離心選礦機脫除微細粒礦泥,以消除礦泥對后續(xù)錫浮選的不利影響,并能增加浮選給礦錫品位,離心選礦可以使錫品位富集5倍以上,作業(yè)回收率達到87.4%。離心精礦進行反浮選脫硫,脫硫精礦采用碳酸鈉為pH值調(diào)整劑和分散劑,BY-9和P86為組合捕收劑,CMC為脈石抑制劑進行微細粒錫石正浮選。最終閉路試驗得到錫精礦品位18.5%、回收率
