2、超寬帶鋼軋機(jī)的主流機(jī)型,目前均采用三次CVC輥形,能較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)輥縫二次凸度的連續(xù)調(diào)整,但不具備高次浪形控制能力,且對(duì)窄帶鋼凸度控制能力較弱。五次CVC輥形具有高次浪形控制能力,但由于缺乏系統(tǒng)深入的研究,尚未成功地實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)應(yīng)用。在對(duì)五次CVC輥形參數(shù)與輥縫凸度之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種五次CVC輥形的設(shè)計(jì)方法,并對(duì)其板形控制特性進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明通過輥形的合理設(shè)計(jì),五次CVC輥形能夠有效均衡軋機(jī)對(duì)寬窄帶鋼的二次凸度控制能力,且四次凸度控制特性符合寬帶鋼軋機(jī)尤其是超寬帶鋼軋機(jī)的板形控制需求。進(jìn)一步分析
