1、摘要冷閉塞鍛造是國(guó)際上九十年代初出現(xiàn)的塑性加工最新技術(shù),是現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、材料科學(xué)、精密加工、測(cè)量技術(shù)和計(jì)算力學(xué)與傳統(tǒng)塑性成形技術(shù)相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物。作為最先進(jìn)的精密成形技術(shù)之一,冷閉塞鍛造工藝以其精密、優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效、低消耗、低成本、大批量等生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn),成為世界塑性加工技術(shù)發(fā)展的重要方向。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),我國(guó)汽車生產(chǎn),尤其在精密成形技術(shù)方面處于落后位置。隨著我國(guó)汽車生產(chǎn),尤其是轎車生產(chǎn)的大規(guī)?;c全球性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日趨激烈,積極開(kāi)發(fā)冷閉塞鍛造成套技術(shù)并使之盡快產(chǎn)業(yè)化意義重大。本人設(shè)計(jì)的是用閉塞鍛造的方法直接加工成形直齒圓錐齒輪,即通過(guò)擠壓封閉腔中的坯料來(lái)加工成形直齒圓錐齒輪
2、,采用精鍛(擠壓)方法成形的齒輪有沿齒廓合理分布而連續(xù)的金屬流線和致密組織,其齒輪的強(qiáng)度、齒面的耐磨能力、熱處理變形量和嚙合噪聲等都優(yōu)于切削加工的齒輪。與切削加工相比,精鍛齒輪的強(qiáng)度可提高20%、抗彎疲勞壽命提高20%、熱處理變形量比切削齒輪減少30%、生產(chǎn)效率提高了2倍以上、生產(chǎn)成本降低20%以上。生產(chǎn)批量在300~500件以上時(shí),經(jīng)濟(jì)上更合理的。關(guān)鍵字:直齒圓錐齒輪,閉塞鍛造,擠壓,凹模,凸模2AbstractColdunenlightenedforgingistheplasticprocessingnewesttechnologywhichont
