1、*?預(yù)開導(dǎo)葉下水泵水輪機(jī)?S特性及其壓力脈動(dòng)分析1?1?2?1?肖若富孫卉劉偉超王福軍(1.?中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)水利與土木工程學(xué)院北京100083;2.?東方電機(jī)有限公司研試中心德陽(yáng)618000)摘要:可逆式水泵水輪機(jī)兼具了發(fā)電以及儲(chǔ)能的特點(diǎn)既滿足人們環(huán)保意識(shí)的需求也滿足對(duì)功率的平衡與控制。但水泵水輪機(jī)在S特性區(qū)內(nèi)運(yùn)行會(huì)發(fā)生機(jī)組并網(wǎng)困難或者甩負(fù)荷過程中水壓異常上升,使機(jī)組振動(dòng)加劇。為探究預(yù)開啟導(dǎo)葉的方法對(duì)水泵水輪機(jī)S?特性的改善,對(duì)水泵水輪機(jī)模型分別在同步導(dǎo)葉和不同預(yù)開啟導(dǎo)葉條件下進(jìn)行能量試驗(yàn)及全流道內(nèi)流場(chǎng)的(C
2、omputationalfluiddynamics,CFD)數(shù)值計(jì)算;通過試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)與計(jì)算結(jié)果的對(duì)比分析預(yù)開導(dǎo)葉后水泵水輪機(jī)S特性及其壓力脈動(dòng)特征。CFD計(jì)算結(jié)果及模型試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明,預(yù)開導(dǎo)葉的方法能有效解決水泵水輪機(jī)S特性問題,但是預(yù)開導(dǎo)葉后,飛逸工況下的單位流量變大,造成轉(zhuǎn)輪內(nèi)的流動(dòng)軸對(duì)稱特性較差,導(dǎo)致機(jī)組的脈動(dòng)加大,尾水管壓力脈動(dòng)幅值較大,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性較差,所以通過預(yù)開導(dǎo)葉的方法來改善S特性仍然存在弊端。關(guān)鍵詞:水泵水輪機(jī)S特性預(yù)開導(dǎo)葉壓力脈動(dòng)中圖分類號(hào):TV136Analysis?of?SCharacte
