5、r5yearsofage.Withineachofthefourdomains,multipleconstructsandsubconstructswereconsidered.Foreachconstructandsubconstruct,weidenti?edmeasuresandindicators,usingseveralsearchprocesses,andreviewedtheminrelationtovalidity,responsivenesstointerventioninputsandactivities,equivalenceinconstructsanditem
6、sacrosscontextswithappropriateadaptation,andfeasibilityforuseineffectivenessstudies.Suggestedmeasuresandindicatorsforeachdomain,construct,andsubconstructaretabulatedanddescribed.Wediscussthestrengthsandweaknessesofmeasuresandindicatorsacrossdomainsandconstructs,furtherresearchestablishingvalidit
