5、ierremainsunclear.Hereweshowthatcancer-derivedextracellularvesicles(EVs),mediatorsofcell–cellcommunicationviadeliveryofproteinsandmicroRNAs(miRNAs),triggerthebreakdownofBBB.Importantly,miR-181cpromotesthedestructionofBBBthroughtheabnormallocalizationofactinviathedownregulationofitsta
6、rgetgene,PDPK1.PDPK1degradationbymiR-181cleadstothedownregulationofphosphorylatedco?linandtheresultantactivatedco?lin-inducedmodulationofactindynamics.Furthermore,wedemonstratethatsystemicinjectionofbrainmetastaticcancercell-derivedEVspromotedbrainmetastasisofbreastcancercelllinesand
