3、dertoimprovetheoverallnetworkperformanceanddiminishnegativeeffects(calldropping,HOII.METRICSfailures).TheproposedalgorithmpicksthebesthysteresisandThemetricsthatareusedinthehandoverparameterop-time-to-triggercombinationforthecurrentnetworkstatus.Weexaminedtheeffectsofthisself-

4、optimizingalgorithminarealistictimisationalgorithmaresubdividedinsystemmetrics,con-scenariosettingandtheresultsshowanimprovementfromthetrolparametersandassessmentmetrics.Thereferencesignalstaticvaluesettings.receivedpower(RSRP)andsignal-to-interferenceandnoiseratio(SINR)aresys

5、temmetrics.TheyareusedtoselecttheI.INTRODUCTIONconnectedcellandpossiblehandovercandidates.ThecontrolHandoverisoneofthekeyproceduresforensuringthatparametersaretunedbytheoptimizationalgorithmtoincreasetheusersmovefreelythroughthenetworkwhilestillbeingthehandoverperformanceofthe

6、network.Theassessmentconnectedandbeingofferedqualityservices.Sinceitssuccessmetricsareusedasmeasurementsduringtheoptimizationrateisakeyindicatorofusersatisfaction,itisvitalthatthisprocessandasperformanceindicatorsfortheoptimizationprocedurehappensasfastandasseamlesslyaspossibl
