6、xidizinggases20,21Inthepastdecade,theinvestigationofoxidesemiconductorssuchasnitrogendioxideandozone.Manystudieshavebeenforgassensingapplicationshasbecomeahottopicbecauseofconductedinordertoimprovetheperformanceofgassensorsincreasingsafetyconcernsfortheenvironmentandind
7、ustrialbyreducingthesizeofIn2O3sinceYamazoedemonstratedthatactivities.1–3Foroxidesemiconductorgassensors,highsensi-areductionincrystallitesizecouldsignicantlyenhancesensingperformance.22,23However,theaggregationbetweenthetivityandexcellentselectivityarethetwomostimport
8、antparameters.Therefore,developingnewstrategiestoincreasenanoparticleswillresultinthedegradationofthegassensingsensitivityandimprovetheselectivityofsensorsrepresentoneproperties.Recently,In2O3withhollowstructureshavebeenofthemajorscienticchallenges.Acriticalelementinth
