1、焊接缺陷檢測論文:圖像處理技術(shù)在焊接缺陷檢測中的應(yīng)用【中文摘要】焊接缺陷檢測系統(tǒng)在獲取焊接缺陷圖像的時候,由于外界各種干擾因素的影響,所獲取的缺陷圖像會造成缺陷特征不明顯、邊緣不清晰,影響焊接缺陷的正常判斷和識別。因此,必須采用一定的圖像處理技術(shù),去除焊接缺陷圖像中的噪聲干擾,增強圖像的對比度,提高圖像的質(zhì)量,以滿足焊接缺陷正確判斷和識別的需要。本文根據(jù)工程實際情況,在參考相關(guān)設(shè)備、查閱預(yù)處理相關(guān)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了焊接缺陷圖像預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計方案。通過對圖像采集方法的研究,選擇了焊接缺陷圖像的采集設(shè)備,完成了常見的焊接缺陷圖像的采集工作。根據(jù)焊接缺陷圖像的特點,選
2、擇了圖像預(yù)處理的內(nèi)容和方法并運用Matlab工具對圖像灰度化、圖像增強、圖像平滑、圖像銳化等方法進行了實驗對比驗證,設(shè)計了確定了滿足圖像預(yù)處理需要的算法和相關(guān)參數(shù),完成了焊接缺陷圖像預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計工作。同時,在WindowsXP環(huán)境下,利用MicrosoftVisualBasic6.0語言對焊接缺陷圖像預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)進行了開發(fā)實現(xiàn),將Matlab產(chǎn)生的M文件直接編譯成.EXE文件,實現(xiàn)VB與Matlab的無縫集成。應(yīng)用該焊接缺陷圖像預(yù)處理系統(tǒng),對采集的焊接缺陷圖像進行處理,可以得到噪聲干擾少、圖像對比度高、特征明顯、邊緣清晰的的焊接缺陷圖像,為焊接缺陷的識別提供了保障?!?/p>
