2、上均勻分布的離散點(diǎn)三維坐標(biāo),其次利用最小二乘法計(jì)算出離散點(diǎn)的最佳擬合平面,最后計(jì)算出各離散點(diǎn)到此平面的距離作為評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo),進(jìn)而確定待截面平整度是否滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求.實(shí)踐證明激光跟蹤測(cè)量系統(tǒng)完全滿足截面平整度檢測(cè)亞毫米級(jí)精度的要求,對(duì)于其它工業(yè)產(chǎn)品平整度檢測(cè)有很好的借鑒意義.關(guān)鍵詞:激光跟蹤測(cè)量系統(tǒng);截面平整度;最小二乘法;三維坐標(biāo)中圖分類號(hào):P215;TH744文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:ADetectingoftheBladeFlatnessBasedonLaserTrackingMeasurementSystemHuangHao,WangYanmin,FanLiang,WangS

4、rchedanddecidedwhetheritcouldbeusedindetectingofthequalityofindustrialproducts.Firstly,thethree-dimensionalcoordinatesoftheuniformdiscretepointswhicharedistributedonthetestedsectionaremeasuredbyusingthelasertracker.Secondly,theerrorequationtocalculatethebestfittingplaneofthediscretepo
5、intsisestablishedbyusingtheleastsquaremethod.Finally,thedistancesbetweenthediscretepointsandthisplaneastheevaluationindexarecalculated,andthenwhetherthetestedsectionflatnessmeetthedesignrequirementsisdetermined.Thetestprovedthatthelasertrackingmeasurementsystemnotonlymetthesub-millime

7、tionflatness;leastsquaremethod;three-dimensionalcoordinate某廠生產(chǎn)的風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)的扇葉長(zhǎng)約40m、寬約最佳擬合平面的距離小于02mm.3m、高約4m,其材質(zhì)為玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)環(huán)氧樹脂.傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)模具和產(chǎn)品的平整度的檢測(cè)都是利用為了保障安裝時(shí)扇葉和圓輪的高精度的銜接,設(shè)計(jì)三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī).其方法是將三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)裝置固定方要求待測(cè)截面精度為02mm,即測(cè)量的各測(cè)點(diǎn)到在待測(cè)物體附近,確保測(cè)頭或探針能夠觸及到待測(cè)收稿日期:2010-07-08基金項(xiàng)目:北京市自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目(KZ200910016001)作者簡(jiǎn)
