4、andoutlinesthehistoryPSTN,mobilewirelessnetworks,andLAN/Internetnetworkofthestandardizationprocess.delivery.Throughoutthisevolution,continuedeffortshaveIndexTerms—AVC,H.263,H.264,JVT,MPEG-2,MPEG-4,beenmadetomaximizecodingefficiencywhiledealingwithstandards,video.thediversificationofnetworkty

5、pesandtheircharacteristicformattingandloss/errorrobustnessrequirements.RecentlytheMPEG-4Visual(MPEG-4part2)standard[5]I.INTRODUCTIONhasalsobeguntoemergeinuseinsomeapplicationdomainsof.264/AVCisthenewestinternationalvideocodingstan-thepriorcodingstandards.IthasprovidedvideoshapecodingHdard[1]
