1、直線振動(dòng)篩畢業(yè)論文直線振動(dòng)篩畢業(yè)論文ZD1224型單軸直線振動(dòng)篩的設(shè)計(jì)院(系):機(jī)械工程學(xué)院專業(yè):機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化35直線振動(dòng)篩畢業(yè)論文摘要振動(dòng)篩是一種適合潮濕細(xì)粒級(jí)難篩物料干法篩分的振動(dòng)篩分機(jī)械設(shè)備,是目前國(guó)內(nèi)處理難篩物料的振動(dòng)篩分機(jī)械設(shè)備。ZD系列單軸振動(dòng)篩適用于礦山、冶金、煤炭、建材等行業(yè)用于黑色、有色以及非金屬礦山的輔助或獨(dú)立篩分作業(yè)中等粒度物料的分級(jí),具有運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、工作可靠、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、易損件少、篩網(wǎng)更換方便以及篩分效率高和篩分效果好等特點(diǎn)。本文首先介紹了振動(dòng)篩的原理,簡(jiǎn)述了國(guó)內(nèi)外振動(dòng)篩的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了各種振動(dòng)篩的特點(diǎn),綜合運(yùn)用機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、制

2、造等知識(shí)提出了新型ZD1224型單軸振動(dòng)篩的設(shè)計(jì)思路。其次,討論和確定了單軸振動(dòng)篩的總體結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)其總體設(shè)計(jì)、主要零部件的計(jì)算、技術(shù)指標(biāo)性能以及底座等部件進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)其主要零件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)、分析和計(jì)算。最后,分析了振動(dòng)篩還可以改進(jìn)優(yōu)化的地方。關(guān)鍵詞:?jiǎn)屋S式,直線,振動(dòng)篩3535ABSTRACTVibratingScreenisalevelsuitableforwetfine-grainedmaterialsdifficulttoscreenvibrationsievingdryscreeningmachineryandequipment,isd
