2、以十二烷基硫醇(NDM)為鏈轉(zhuǎn)移劑,通過(guò)本體聚合法制備了UV固化無(wú)溶劑型丙烯酸酯壓敏膠(PSA)。分別探討了兩種功能單體AA和DMAA用量,光引發(fā)劑ABP和鏈轉(zhuǎn)移劑NDM用量對(duì)PSA性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)DMAA和AA用量分別為單體總質(zhì)量的10%和2%時(shí),PSA的120℃熔融黏度適中且粘接性能較優(yōu);光引發(fā)劑ABP用于PSA體系,且用量為單體總質(zhì)量的0.2%時(shí),光固化效果最佳;當(dāng)NDM用量為單體總質(zhì)量的1.5%時(shí),PSA綜合性能最佳。關(guān)鍵詞:無(wú)溶劑型;UV固化;壓敏膠;功能單體;可聚合型光引發(fā)劑;鏈
