2、采工藝,2014,36(1):97-99摘要:蘇里格氣田氣井普遍采用井下節(jié)流工藝,隨著氣田的開(kāi)發(fā),氣井壓力和產(chǎn)量逐漸下降,井下節(jié)流器無(wú)法排液,井筒產(chǎn)生積液現(xiàn)象,造成井底回壓大,影響氣井生產(chǎn)。為延長(zhǎng)氣井變?yōu)榈彤a(chǎn)、低效井的時(shí)間,有必要對(duì)節(jié)流器的合理打撈時(shí)機(jī)進(jìn)行研究。針對(duì)井下節(jié)流條件下的井筒積液及排除問(wèn)題,采用軟件模擬和生產(chǎn)、測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)分析等方法,通過(guò)對(duì)井下節(jié)流井井筒積液流態(tài)分析、過(guò)程研究及不同積液程度下的主控機(jī)理分析,明確了造成節(jié)流氣井壓力、產(chǎn)量迅速下降現(xiàn)象的起點(diǎn)為節(jié)流器上段開(kāi)始積液時(shí),并以此為基礎(chǔ)確定了蘇里格氣田積液井節(jié)流器的合理打撈時(shí)機(jī),為生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)節(jié)流器打撈時(shí)
