2、tember2003!Wereporttheuseofcarbonnanotubesasasensorforchemicalnerveagents.Thin-?lmtransistorsconstructedfromrandomnetworksofsingle-walledcarbonnanotubeswereusedtodetectdimethylmethylphosphonate~DMMP!,asimulantforthenerveagentsarin.Thesesensorsarereversiblean
3、dcapableofdetectingDMMPatsub-ppbconcentrationlevels,andtheyareintrinsicallyselectiveagainstinterferentsignalsfromhydrocarbonvaporsandhumidity.Weprovideadditionalchemicalspeci?citybytheuseof?lterscoatedwithchemoselectivepolymer?lms.Theseresultsindicatethatthe
