1、TL-500C型凸輪軸形面誤差綜合測量儀技術協議TechnicalProtocoloftheTL-500CTypeComprehensiveCamshaftProfileSurfaceErrorMeasuringInstrument1.測量原理:該儀器采用極坐標測量原理,由精密滾動主軸系統(tǒng)和高精度光柵編碼器生成被測量凸輪軸回轉角度的圓分度,由徑向精密滾動導軌和長光柵傳感器在徑向方向上掃描凸桃形而每一分度對應的徑向凸桃升程,測量評值軟件根據被測量凸桃的理論升程表測量出該凸桃的升程和相位角謀差。(原理如圖示)!?Me
