1、MR掃描參數(shù)的變化對(duì)圖像質(zhì)量及診斷的影響MR掃描參數(shù)的變化對(duì)圖像質(zhì)量及診斷的影響［摘要］目的觀察MR掃描參數(shù)的變化對(duì)圖像質(zhì)量及診斷的影響并總結(jié)掃描方法。方法對(duì)我院放射科2010年1月?2012年1月來檢查MR的30例患者的影像資料進(jìn)行整理分析，并探討掃描參數(shù)的變化對(duì)圖像質(zhì)量及診斷的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。結(jié)果第1組：FSE-XLT2WI,TR分別為3175ms、掃描層數(shù)16,層厚3mm時(shí)成像時(shí)間最短。同時(shí)FSE-XLT1WI序列在TR600m,時(shí)圖像的SNR明顯高于TR700ms的SNR,采用以上參數(shù)掃描各序列

2、成像時(shí)間最短，圖像質(zhì)量最高。第2組：FSE-XLT2WI,TR3000?5000ms,TE80?120ms,ETL12?28；FSE-XLT1WI,TR300-800ms,掃描層數(shù)18層，層厚5mm。同時(shí)FSE-XLT1WI序列在TR500ms,時(shí)圖像的SNR明顯高于TR600ms的SNR,采用以上參數(shù)掃描各序列成像時(shí)間最短，圖像質(zhì)量最高。結(jié)論MR成像中，通過優(yōu)化參數(shù)可節(jié)約掃描時(shí)間，提高圖像質(zhì)量，有利于指導(dǎo)臨床醫(yī)生做出正確的診斷治療。［關(guān)鍵詞］MR；掃描參數(shù)；圖像質(zhì)量；診斷［中圖分類號(hào)］R445
